He scheduled a service appointment for today (May 3, 2011) and told me that your service representative would call before his arrival. Tim called me at about 1:45 this afternoon to alert me that he was only a few minutes away from my home. He soon arrived and was both very professional and knowledgeable. Can you service or repair equipment at my home or office?
Answer:
Yes, we do provide on-site repairs. Our technicians can come to
your home or office and handle most repair and service work right
there If for any reason we can not repair at home, we only take out
the bad module not the whole television
Our technicians will arrive in a van loaded with replacement parts
and repair tools -- and are usually able to handle most problems in
one or two visit. ( Good thing is we only charge 1 time service call
fee )
